Matthieu Bron

I work with individuals and groups to help them develop their potential and take the leadership in their personal and professional lives.

​

Trained as a Master Coach by one of Scandinavia's best schools in personal leadership and development (www.mindjuice.dk), I am Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF - USA).

​

As a coach, I continuously keep myself awake regarding my own personal and professional development, to be able to provide the best support to my coachees. I am currently working as course manager for the recognised Mindjuice Mastercoach education, until december 2018, where I lead a team of mentor coaches.

​

The theory behind my coaching practice is based on cognitive theory, systemic theory, Enneagramme personality types and responsible communication.

​

My academic background includes university degrees in Cinema and Audiovisual (obtained in France - my home country) and in Sociology and Work Psychology (obtained in South Africa - UNISA). My professional background includes 18 years of international experience in audiovisual communication and documentary production (award-winning documentary Body and Soul) for the development sector (United Nation, European Commission, International NGOs such as ActionAid, Light for the World, etc.), including more than 15 years as an entrepreneur. I have lived and worked in different countries: in France, in Mozambique during 13 years and now in Denmark since 2011.

I am used to collaborate with people from different cultural backgrounds with openness and curiosity - from women farmers in remote Mozambican villages to highly trained wind industry technicians in Denmark and Germany. My international experience has given me a high level of cross-cultural sensitivity and my experience as an entrepreneur a self-starter energy and the ability to see possibilities. I use both these experience-related competencies in my coaching practice.

I coach in the following languages: Danish, French (mother tongue), English and Portuguese.
